RETURN POLICY

We have a 2-day return policy. If you want to return or exchange an item please contact us at sales@lukadah.com 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Mention the reason for the return, plus your order number, address, and full name. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Make sure the parcel is securely sealed, to avoid any damage.

All items must be returned through our logistics partner.

To track your return, save the tracking ID on the return shipping label. We will send you the shipping label and credit note to join the parcel. Insert the document in the pouch and stick it to the parcel. The label must be clearly visible. The customer must take the parcel to the closest shipping office of shipping partners. We can help in providing you with the information from your postcode data.

To be eligible for a return, all returns have to be shipped back to us within 2 days of delivery in their original condition, with all tags attached. Otherwise, the return cannot be accepted

 

REFUND POLICY

Please inform us about your intention to return within 2 days after receipt of your order by sending an email to sales@lukadah.com

We would appreciate your reason for returning the article, as it would help us to improve our service.

We recommend returning your parcel using “track and trace”, allowing you to trace your parcel and preventing possible disputes between sender and receiver. Costs and risks of returned or exchanged articles are with the customer. After receiving your returned article we will refund the purchase price into your bank account within 10-45 days.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
